Versandkosten

Die Versandkosten hängen vom Lieferland, vom Gewicht der Sendung und vom gewählten Versanddienst ab. Sie werden Ihnen im Bestellvorgang vor Abgabe der Bestellung angezeigt, zusammen mit den zur Auswahl stehenden Versandarten.

Für einzelne Zielgebiete gelten feste Versandkosten:

  • Afrika — 52,00 €
  • Asien — 68,90 €
  • Französische Südgebiete, Südgeorgien und Südliche Sandwichinseln — 48,00 €

Für Artikel, die im Print-on-Demand-Verfahren gefertigt werden, gelten nach Österreich, Belgien, Tschechien und in weitere Länder 6,99 €.

Alle Preise verstehen sich einschließlich der gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer.

Lieferzeit

Wir übergeben Ihre Bestellung in der Regel innerhalb von vier Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang an den Versanddienstleister. Die Laufzeit des Versanddienstleisters kommt hinzu; sie wird Ihnen im Bestellvorgang angezeigt.

Werktage sind Montag bis Freitag mit Ausnahme gesetzlicher Feiertage am Sitz des Anbieters.

Abholung

Sie können Ihre Bestellung nach Absprache auch bei uns abholen:

Wählen Sie dazu im Bestellvorgang die Abholung aus. Wir melden uns, sobald die Ware bereitliegt. Für die Abholung fallen keine Versandkosten an.

Zoll und Einfuhrabgaben außerhalb der EU

Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union können Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Bearbeitungsgebühren anfallen. Diese Kosten trägt der Besteller. Sie werden nicht von uns erhoben und sind in unseren Preisen und Versandkosten nicht enthalten. Über ihre Höhe entscheiden die Behörden des Bestimmungslandes.

Die Zollabfertigung kann die Zustellung zusätzlich verzögern. Diese Zeit liegt außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the weight of the shipment and the delivery service you choose. They are shown to you during checkout, before you place your order, together with the available shipping methods.

Fixed shipping costs apply to some destinations:

  • Africa — €52.00
  • Asia — €68.90
  • French Southern Territories, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands — €48.00

For items made to order by print on demand, shipping to Austria, Belgium, Czechia and further countries is €6.99.

All prices include statutory VAT.

Delivery time

We normally hand your order to the carrier within four working days of receiving payment. The carrier's own transit time is added to this and is shown during checkout.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the seller's place of business.

Collection in person

You may also collect your order from us by arrangement:

Choose collection during checkout. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready. No shipping costs apply to collection.

Customs and import charges outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. These are borne by the buyer. They are not charged by us and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Their amount is determined by the authorities of the destination country.

Customs clearance may delay delivery. That time is outside our control.
